Launching Payments

Ifiniti is a versatile PayOut platform specifically tailored for mod developers in various gaming environments. It serves as a cutting-edge tool that empowers mod creators to monetize their work and manage their earnings efficiently. Ifiniti stands out by offering seamless integration with multiple gaming platforms, enabling mod developers to connect with a broader audience.

The platform is designed with the unique needs of the gaming community in mind, providing a user-friendly interface, robust security features, and reliable support to ensure that developers can focus on their creative process while we handle the complexities of payment processing.

Enrollment in Ifiniti is automated and user-friendly, ensuring security and ease for our users. As soon as you become eligible for a payout, you are automatically registered and receive an email containing a certificate for the payout.

Your account on Ifiniti is activated automatically once you receive the certificate. There's no need to follow any link for registration. The certificate in the email signifies that your identity has already been verified and your information is protected.

With the certificate, your account is set up, and you can directly manage and access your payouts. This streamlined process ensures that you, the intended recipient, are the only one who can control your account and payouts.

Your access code is a single-use One-Time Password (OTP). If it fails, please wait for the current timer to expire before requesting a new one. This process is designed to enhance security by ensuring that each access attempt is authenticated with a fresh, time-sensitive code. If you continue to experience issues with the access codes, please contact our support team for further assistance.

If you do not receive an email code, there are two possibilities: either you have not been registered in the system by the game developer, or our mail server is currently unresponsive. In this case, we recommend trying again later. For additional information, please refer to Question 2 of our FAQ section.

You can use the direct links sent to your email (links will take you straight to your specific certificates) or find them under ‘My Cards’ in your personal dashboard. To reach the dashboard, click your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and find ‘My Cards’ section https://mell.ifiniti.co/user-profile.

Once you receive your payment certificate, please wait for the scheduled payout date to request funds. If you see a ‘Lock’ icon, the certificate isn't ready for the funds withdrawal process yet, but you can click it to check the "available from" date. If you see a ‘Snowflake’, your withdrawal is already being processed—you can click the card to see the current status.

To provide you with the best service, Ifiniti requires some basic information—including your name, country, and age—when you first access your card. We use this data to identify the payout methods available in your region and to confirm you meet the legal age requirement of 18 (or have an authorized adult representative). This process helps us stay compliant while ensuring your funds are handled correctly.

You are eligible to receive a payout even if you are under the legal age, provided an adult representative assists you. During the information entry process, you will see instructions on how to invite an adult to help. Please note that the representative must be actively involved in the process; simply entering their information on their behalf is not permitted. This ensures that all legal and procedural requirements are met.

In this case, please select ‘Other’ as your region. Keep in mind that this limits the available payout methods. Moreover, once your request is submitted, Ifiniti will conduct a review, which typically takes about five business days. During this time, you may be asked to complete additional KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Following the review, we will contact you regarding the feasibility of the transaction, any applicable fees, and the next steps required to proceed.

Please note that payout requests are processed and funds are credited during business hours, according to the payment method details shown when you create your request. For banking institutions, this refers to "banking days" (business hours from 09:00 to 17:00 local time). If your payment is processed by us after 17:00 your local time, the credit timeframe will likely begin on the following business day. Please keep it in mind.
